We planned a event-filled visit for the representatives of Singapore Tourism Board. Over their two-day visit to Madrid we assured that they would make the most out of their time in the city by meeting with multiple media source, travel agents and tour operators so that they could discuss all that Singapore has to offer. ​

We also hosted a happy hour with visitors from some of the top travel agents and tour operators in  the Spanish tourism industry. Here Singapore Tourism and Singapore Airlines had the opportunity to present their offers and products to the guests and later discuss these offers with them over a finger buffet which consisted of some traditional Singaporean meals. 

An afterwork event was also requested where travel agents and tour operators could be presented with Singapore and Singapore Airline’s latest news and offers while being able to network in a relaxed environment. ​

Results:

• Presential interviews were held with MeetIn and Wideoyster.​
• Recorded interview was held with Periodista Digital.​
• Individual meetings hosted with Logitravel, Icarion and CATAI.​
• 18 registered attendees from the Spanish Tourism Industry for the Singaporean Happy Hour.
