Zambia: new destination

The Ministry of Tourism of Zambia had never visited Spain or made any promotion in this market. They relied on Interface Tourism to organize a roadshow for presentations in France, Italy and Spain.

What we’ve done

In this first event and contact with the market we organize in a single event: meetings with wholesalers, training to retailers and media presentation. Therefore, the activities carried out were, first of all, to choose a place related to the destination but with a great interest for the guests, to arrange interviews with the direct responsibles of programming Africa in the main wholesalers providing information before the event and doing follow-up calls.

This way a correct mix of sales, training and public relations was made.

Results: assistance of 100 media, 30 wholesalers and 40 retailers. Live interviews on television and radio.
